Empowered Runners Coaching

Philosophy

At Empowered Runners Coaching, I strive to…empower runners! I want to help runners discover what success means to them. Whether that be a fast time in a given race, to be able to run a certain distance, to keep up with the kids. Every single goal deserves to be celebrated! I believe that we all deserve to take up space in the running world regardless of our previous experience. It is my philosophy that running needs to fit into our lives, not the other way around. For one to truly thrive as a runner, I believe that there has to be substantial understanding and balance between our training and personal lives. Flexibility in our own training is essential to success. I strive to make every runner feel heard and understood.
