Week 3:

Grocery List Monthly Meal Plan, Transitioning Into Clean Eating Week 3 .PDF

Monday: Avocado Burgers. Make burgers like usual, load up on avocado instead of any other ingredients.

Tuesday: Pesto Spaghetti. Pesto Recipe

Wednesday: Taco Salad with Chipotle Cream Clean Eating Salad Dressing

Thursday: Arugula Pesto Chicken Pitas

Friday: Crock Pot Island Pork Tenderloin stick it all in a crock pot on low, add a little water and check water level during the day if you can.

Weekend: Leftovers** Arugula Pesto and Pork Tenderloin
