Refreshing Cucumber Mint Water

Make water you actually want to drink! When you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated. For runners, thats just like getting ready for a road trip and forgetting the fill up the gas tank….completely avoidable.

I got wine decanters at Crate & Barrel for a la cheap and put a strip of chalkboard contact paper from Micheals onto it so I can change the label. So cute for parties and under $10.

Refreshing Water Ideas:

  • Cucumber & Crushed Mint
  • Strawberries
  • Watermelon
  • Lemon & Lime & Orange
  • Lemon & Mint
  • Lemon & Basil
  • Cucumber & Melon

Ice Cubes: Make these flavor combos and freeze them in ice cub trays. Pop a couple into you glass or workout water bottle for flavor on these hot summer days.

**Try to drink the flavored water in 1 or 2 days before the fruit is mushy. Ice cubes are best used within the week.
