St Paddy’s Play Date


Call the girls! Plan an easy and fun play date!


Station 1: Make a rainbow! Color sort and then glue fruit loops to make a rainbow on a sheet of paper. Then make a cute rainbow bracelet threading fruit loops on a pipe cleaner.

  • 1 box Fruit Loops
  • 1 turkey roast pan
  • Cotton balls
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Paper
  • Glue

Station 2: Rainbow Pasta Sensory Bin! Play in the bin and then make a rainbow pasta bracelet by threading pasta on pipe cleaner.

  • Pasta
  • Food Coloring
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Ziploc Gallon Bags
  • Scoops, measuring cups
  • 1 Turkey Roasting Pasta
  • Pipe cleaners 

I learned How to Dye Pasta here, but its so easy! All you need is the ingredients below:

  • 4 cups of pasta +
  • 2 tablespoons of hand sanitizer +
  • food coloring in any amount
  • ziploc bag
  • shake it all together! and let dry for 8-12 hours. Do this at night and it will be dry and ready for your play date!

   
   
 

Station 3: Rainbow Treasure Slime- Borax Free! Super easy and so so fun!

  • Turkey Roasting Pan
  • 1 cup of Sta-Flo Liquid Starch (laundry aisle at grocery store)
  • 2 bottles (8oz each) of clear glue (school supplies section at grocery store)
  • rainbow glitter
  • coins for treasure hunting in the slime (dollar store toy section)

Rainbow Treasure Slime (Borax Free) Directions here, but basically put above together and mix in the pan.

   
 
Station 4: Green Treasure Hunt- find all of the green toys in the house!

  
Station 5: Eat Green Waffles and Green Brunch!
