Avocado Chickpea Lunch Wrap

One of my favorite lunches lately!
1/2 avocado,
1/4cup chickpeas,
2 tbspns chopped onion,
2 tbspns plain yogurt,
lemon squeeze to taste,
salt, pepper,
mix and serve on lettuce for lettuce wraps or spread on roasted Ezekiel bread!
B&kk will eat this without the onion and love it! This is from the Tone it up nutrition plan I follow (I don’t sell it like BeachBody, just what I eat for myself and our family) 

I just love it for lunch! Let me know if you try it!
