Comfort Food: Chicken Pot Pie with Homemade Cream Biscuits


So it’s not chicken pot pie because I  forgot the pie crust and didn’t have enough butter to make my own! But first of all, I’m sticking to Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Pot Pie recipe FOR LIFE! I mean, she is the queen of comfort food! I added a splash of heavy cream like she suggested since I had it ready for the biscuits. I also added some chopped fresh green beans to my pot pie. 


So instead of a pie crust I made these fluffy beauties for the side or topped on the chicken pot amazing. 

100 Days of Real Food Cream Biscuits are perfect! 4 ingredients and the easiest homemade Biscuits. So for these actually used a box of swans cake flour to make them so they are not whole wheat like hers but so so fluffy!
