My favorite workouts, by far, is from the Tone It Up girls, Karena and Katrina. They have over a hundred FREE workouts and a FREE weekly schedule. I am a member of Tone It Up (basically means I paid for the Nutrition Plan- but do not sell it like Beach Body or anything). This is just want I do for myself and I use the nutrition plan to feed my family.

I am a pre and postnatal Fitness Instructor with Fit4Mom. I teach Stroller Strides, a Stroller based cardiovascular and strength class that is taught with our kids as we workout and interact with them. Fitness for mom, fun for baby!
